Unlike most coaching groups, I’ll also show you how to move past good ideas and embody this upgraded version of you. Overview:
This is an eight week intensive which meets once a week for 90 minutes. Sessions will begin with participant feedback and questions. Weekly homework assignments in the form of reflective questions and mind/body/energy practices will be assigned to deepen your transformative journey.

 Pre-work: Enneagram assessment of your personality type.
The Enneagram is an extraordinarily accurate tool for self-knowledge. It gives you a clear picture of how you presently function and reveals the heights that you are capable of achieving.

 Session 1: Explore the Possibilities
The session begins with introductions, group agreements and a conversation regarding how the group can best support each member. It also includes core understandings regarding transformation. The session ends with a guided experience to help you sense who you are becoming.

Session 2: Don’t Believe Everything You Think; An Inquiry into Your Personality
Nine personality types are described in the Enneagram. Each details the world view, coping mechanism, strengths, limitations, habits of attention, stress and anger triggers and internal images that individuals use to define themselves. As you begin to understand how your personality informs every decision you make as if it were an automatic pilot, you recognize the extent to which you have been boxed in by your preconceived limitations.

By uncovering your unconscious motivations and the reasons you get stuck, the Enneagram provides insights into the decisions you make and the relationships you create. Rather than put you in a box the way many personality profiles do, the Enneagram shows you the box you are already in— and the way out! What emerges is a more functional, compassionate, and authentic version of yourself.

Session 3: Moving Through Transitions
Every life transition follows a pattern with specific stages. In this session you’ll learn what to expect in each stage and discover tips for moving through them. The session will end with a guided embodied meditation to get you out of your head and into your mind/body/energy field. Metaphors provided in the meditation can be applied in your daily life to help you stay calm and grounded.

Session 4: Living in Balance: Explore Center
When you are off balance you are more likely to react and/or miss the opportunities life sends your way. Thus, the session will begin with a self-assessment of your energetic habits in regard to balance. We’ll then define center, experientially explore how it operates, and practice how to come back to a deeply supported balance quickly. Being centered is the first step in transforming to a finer Self.

Session 5: Grounding
Just as a tree has a root system that sustains and nourishes it, each of us has an energetic root system. And like the tree, the deeper and broader our root system the more we are able to remain centered, calm, and decisive when the winds of change come our way.

In this session I’ll guide you to experience a deep connection with the ground. You’ll then practice settling your energy quickly so you can stand your ground, embody your values and not give your power away.

Session 6: Let Your Light Shine
Big dreams require the energetic capacity to manifest them. In this session we’ll talk about what is emerging within you and how you can support this emergence. You’ll experientially practice how to extend your energy outflow and in so doing, discover a more confident, present, and joyous version of yourself. You’ll learn how energy “speaks” so you can effortlessly enter the flow rather than striving and exerting your will. As you practice listening to the intelligence of the evolutionary impulse, you will experience a more spacious and conscious version of you.

Session 7 What’s Holding You Back? Shift Limited Mindsets
An incredible 92% of people say that the goals and resolutions they set for themselves each year never get achieved. Most often, this is because of subconscious beliefs or mindsets learned in childhood that limit us. In this session, participants will identify their limiting mindsets and learn ways to shift them.

Session 8 Take Skillful Action
In this session we’ll review our journey and continue practicing shifting into a finer identity. We’ll also discuss self-love as it is the secret sauce for transformation. Participants will then share the skillful actions they will take that support the emergence of who they are becoming. The session will end with the group developing a plan for supporting each other once the training program ends.

  • An Enneagram assessment, workbook and maps describing your personality type.
    You’ll also receive specific practice suggestions for minimizing your limited personality patterns.
  • Home-play reflective questions and practices for each session.
  • A guided embodied meditation video to shift from your head into your mind/body/energy field.
  • A half hour individual coaching session
