All of us have had moments when the noise in our mind quiets, the stories we tell ourselves fade away, and there in the silence, liberation speaks through us. In this state of inner freedom, we find the More of ourselves we have been seeking. Work/life balance, the perfect romantic love, and professional success have little to do with this experience and yet, often these moments change the way we perceive and relate to the most important people and situations in our lives. How then do we invite these extraordinary moments to occur more often?
In this weekend gathering, you will learn to shift away from the limited beliefs that control you and discover a larger more evolved state of being that is a natural part of who you are. The journey begins with an invitation to name your story and inquire into how it informs all of your relationships, decisions and actions. Using the energy principles from aikido and other meditative practices, you will experience how your story has kept you imprisoned by imprinting itself in your mind/body as energetic patterns, postures and behavioral habits. Next, you will learn how to ease off these tendencies and align with Presence. It is here that inner freedom, connection and joy are found.
Throughout the weekend, you will have many opportunities to reflect and dialogue on the new possibilities these higher states of consciousness offer you. Our intent is that you leave the weekend with new skills to master your mind/body when dealing with the complex issues of life, a sense of deep rejuvenation and an enhanced inner power to free yourself from that which has held you back. Through this profound and practical transformational experience you will gain a new capacity for action that aligns with what you care about most.
