Coaching and Consulting
As it is generally impossible to fill a time slot that I have reserved for you, it is necessary to charge full fee for missed appointments. Two day cancellation notice is required. If you must make an emergency cancellation—less than two days notice—you are charged 50% of cost.

Cancellations are accepted prior to two weeks before the program date and full refunds will be provided. Tuition will not be refunded for cancellations given with less than two weeks notice. Substitute attendees are accepted without penalty. All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds for “No Shows”.
