The Format:

For the first fifteen minutes, we offer a brief overview of the topic, identify new paradigms and discuss possible action steps. For the remaining time, participants ask questions and share how they currently are handling the situation. Thus, instead of one authority on the topic, you get to hear professionals of stature providing their best practices.

Logistics:

• Minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 people within each tele-community
• Maximum of two people from a company
• Different tele-communities will be established to focus on the needs of H.R. professionals, corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, and those interested in personal development

Time:

Work–oriented groups are held from12:30-1:00 p.m. EST

Personal development groups are held from 7:00.-7:30 p.m. EST

Here’s How it Works

Try the first forum to see if you would like to join a tele-community. If so, we ask that you commit for two months ($156.00 tuition for the 4 tele-forums.) As the members of each tele-community stay the same, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships.
